Essay

There was studied the possibility of using of polypeptide remedy dalargin in the complex therapy of the cornea traumatic injuries. Clinical and histologycal studies showed absence of toxic effect of the remedy on the structures of intact eyes of the rabbits. There was studied the condition of the pathologic process without treatment on the background of conventional therapy and in using dalargin as drops and its subconjunctival injections. Experimentally and clinically there was proved that peptic mechanism of regulation of the hemostasis system and the level of adhesive molecules of serum in correction of epithelium - stromal violations of the cornea. The positive therapeutic effect of dalargin in this pathology was in 91,3% patients.
