Silkova E. The control of knowledge and skills at the students of medical educational institutions in conditions of use of computer systems

The thesis is devoted to the problem of the control of knowledge and skills of students medical higher educational institutions with use of computer systems. In work the analysed control of a level of knowledge and skills of the students during the traditional forms of training, in the newest information systems; its certain place in the different forms of training. Are investigated and the ways of improvement automized of system of a new type are checked experimentally up depending on quantity of tasks, restriction of time on one answer, of the situational tasks to total amount of tasks, kind of tasks. In work the developed technique of the computer control of a level of knowledge and skills of the students, which provides construction script of test, it is a lot of a stage procedure of a casual choice of tasks, individualization of examination. The ways of improvement of practical and seminar employment with use automated certification of the system are established: the obligatory basic control, maintenance of relative uniformity of group behind a level of knowledge, adequacy of a set of tasks to a level of knowledge, information support of the decisions during performance of tasks, use of teleseminars.
