In the dissertation K.Penderetskogo's creativity as the complete genre and style phenomenon typical for musical culture of second half XX - the beginnings of XXI century is investigated. The basis for the given research approach become universalism and changeability composer's method. Primary factors of poetics of the composer are opened in connection with universalism cultures of second half XX century, their antinomy of the bases, ways of their realization in the style.
