The thesis deals with the problem of bringing up - to - date the technique of a complex assessment of the development of the reproductive maturity in girls of prepubertal and pubertal age, on the basis of determining the level of the physical, sexual, osseous and endocrine development. An assessment of the physical development has been carrier out in a gradation form, depending on the level of sexual maturity. The dynamics of the pelvic formation, depending on the specific characteristics and the stage of the sexual development has been analyzed, namely, the morphometric indices of the pubic articulation as a criterion of biological age has been used. Correlations between the complex of complex of indices of the physical, sexual development the state of the pubic articulation, the thyroid gland and the adrenal glands have been studied. An analysis of regional distinctions in the formation of the reproductive maturity in girls of the mountainous area has been carried out. The use of the index of a complex assessment of the development (ICA) for a screening assessment of the forming of the reproductive maturity in school age girls has been introduced into medical practice.
