Economic relations between the participants of process of lending by the World Financial and Credit Organisations. Definition of the role of International Financial and Credit Organisations during lending to enterprises of Ukraine. Analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, economic and mathematics methods. International organisations activity in Ukraine has been analyses on the examples of investment projects. International Financial and Credit Organisations description has been improved. Borrower's creditworthiness investigation methodic and project's efficiency methodic have been justified. The new means of the state supervision of international lending process have been offered. The new classification of project's monitoring has been determined. The main recommendations to all participants of international lending process have been made. Banks, enterprises, education process.
