Essay

The dissertation is devoted to increase of productivity and quality of an electroerosive wire cutting by change hydraulic and heat conditions in an interelectrode interval due to use as a working liquid of water solutions of surface-active substances. In work by theoretical and experimental researches laws of course heat and hydrodynamical processes of an electroerosive wire cutting in the environment of water solutions of surface-active substances are revealed, the level of their influence on productivity and quality of processing is established. It has enabled to formulate requirements and scientifically proved recommendations to type and colloid to properties of water solutions of surface-active substances.
