Grynko S. Legal Aspects of Registration of Rights to Land.

The legal nature and machinery of registration of rights to land (registration of titles) in Ukraine are explored in the thesis. The definition of registration of rights to land is given on the basis of ascertained indications of this category. A structure of legal relationships in the sphere of registration of the rights to land has been analysed in the work. Differentiation and classification of types of registration mentioned has been carried out in the work as well as a comparative analysis of Ukrainian and foreign legislation in the sphere of state registration of rights to land. According to the analysis of institutional, functional, and procedural legal regulation of state registration of rights to land, including the legal acts on the responsibility in the stated sphere, the necessity in Statute (Law of Ukraine 'On Registration of Rights to Land') of proposed structure has been demonstrated, as well as necessity in amendments to legal acts currently in force (the Land Code of Ukraine, the Codeof Ukraine on Administrative Transgressions, etc).
