Possibilities of optimization of vegetative and coccoid Helicobacter pylori forms diagnostics by means of polimerase chain reaction (PCR) and increase of treatment effectiveness of patients with helicobacter-dependent chronic gastroduodenitis and duodenal ulcer disease by means of Gastro-norm and Thiotryazolyn are studied in this work. PCR method provides HP determination before as well as after antimicrobial therapy and detects non-active coccoid forms of microorganism. Effectiveness of inclusion of home-produced medicines such as Gastro-norm and Thiotryazolyn into complex therapy of patients with helicobacter-dependent diseases is proved. The first medicine provides high rate of HP eradication (90,0%), the latter reduces oxidation-reduction imbalance in mucous membrane of gastroduodenal zone leading to decrease of recurrence rate of helicobacter-dependent diseases and to improvement of the treatment quality of above-mentioned patient contingent.
