Essay

This dissertation is dedicated to examining consumer properties of porous ceramic materials with waste utilization of paper industry and peel of sunflower. It is proved that lignin, sewage sludge of a paper plant, peel of sunflower may be used as raw materials for the production of porous ceramic brick. The spheres of optimum proportion of ceramic components, optimum technological parameters and granulometric composition have been determined. The results of research allowed obtaining porous ceramic brick with improver consumer properties and with saving of raw material. With the purpose of extension of assortment and heightening quality the new technical conditions have developed. The main results of the work were introduced into production and construction. The data about economic effectiveness of producing are given.
