Lun Z. Legal protection of Constitution of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex investigation of the basic issues of legal protection of Ukrainian constitution. It identifies the main stages of constitution establishment as a legal phenomenon, defines and analyses its legal nature, investigates the process of legal protection institution establishment in the whole and constitutional and legal doctrines in Ukraine, it considers in details the theoretical aspects of legal protection of constitution, such as the notion, system, tasks and functions, analyses the guaranties of legal protection of constitution as well as studies on the basis of theoretical provisions and practical materials the constitutional mechanisms of legal protection of Ukrainian constitution. It considers the role of Ukrainian people in details, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine, Constitutional Court of Ukraine as subjects of legal protection of the Principal Law of Ukraine. The number of suggestions concerning the improvement of legal protection systemof Ukrainian Constitution and decrease of its functioning efficiency are offered.
