Essay

The thesis deals with the application of sorbents and medicinal composition on the basis of phytosources in complex therapy of parodontium tissue diseases. The effect of a combined action of a silicone sorbent and a medicinals compositions on the basis of number one phytosource on the cource of ulcer gingivitis and chronic generalized parodontitis has been studied and of number two during catarrhal and hypertrophic gingivitis has been studied. The dynamic deviations of the indices characterizing the microflora quatitative composition of the gingival tegument and the parodontal pocket have been studied as a result of therapy before and after the taken treatment. Microflora general dissemination (MGD) increased following local medicamental therapy including application sorbents and medicinal compositions on the basis of phytosources. The developed and put into practice complex of the measures allows to shorten the treatment duration and to obtain steady and continuous remission (up to 2 years).
