Essay

Clinical and psychosocial features of patients with long terms of hospitalization were investigated. The complex estimation of quality of life and social functioning of patients by schizophrenia was carried out. The social - environmental factors, including factors of the hospital environment which negatively influence on dynamics of disease, promote chronization of mental process, reduce a level of social adaptation of patients were allocated. The structural analysis of productive and deficital disorders in patients with schizophrenia carried out. Diagnostic criteria and tipologic variants of hospitalism were developed: a desocialisation syndrome, a paternalistical dependences syndrome (or syndrome of imposings of a role of the patient), a person's recourse syndrome. Types of adaptive behaviour of patients were determined: constructive and desadaptiv which, in turn, was subdivided on regressive, disorganized and ambitendent types of desadaptive behaviour. The system social reintegration patients withchronic mental disorders in modern conditions was offered and proved.
