Object of research: processes of resources management at machine-building enterprises with individual and fractionally serial character of production. Purpose of research: theoretical background and development of the complex of economic and mathematical models of enter-prise's resource management and effectiveness increase of their implementation under market economy conditions. Methods of research: the-ory of production and economic system's man-agement, economic and mathematical modeling, new information technologies' application to managerial processes. Results: models of enter-prises' resource abilities were analyzed; models of products' technological structure's and cur-rent production plans' interconnection were de-veloped; models of resource scheduling method of current production process planning; set of models of requirements identification and re-sources distribution for different scenarios of production program were developed; model of maximum fluctuations limit conditions in output of products planning problems were developed; methods of information resources use at indus-trial enterprise's management and modern ap-proaches to information system design were proposed.
