The patients with a concomitant strabismus complicated by a proof functional suppression scotoma. To Increase the efficiency of conservative treatment patients with a monolateral and alternating strabismus with a functional suppression scotoma in gaploscopic and natural conditions on the basis of restoration of sensory mechanisms of a solid vision by a simultaneous stimulation of the central areas of retinas both an eye by polystructural figured "blinding" fields. Researching Methods is ophthalmologic. Apparatus is modified ortoptoophthalmoscope. The simultaneous bifoveal stimulation by figured "blinding" fields with similar contours, allows to carry out restoration of monocular and binocular connections at the patients with monolateral and alternating strabismus complicated by a proof functional suppression scotoma. Use of a new method in this group of the patients allows increasing efficiency of restoration normal correspondence of retinas up to 41,8 %, restoration of a correct position an eye up to43,6 %, and restoration of a normal solid vision up to 21,8%. The new method simultaneous bifoveal of a stimulation by figured "blinding" fields with similar contours is introduced into clinical practice of laboratory of medical-technical development the Filatov Institute.
