Yakovlev V. The contractual material liability of employees under the labour law

The dissertation is devoted to complex research of theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of employees' contractual material liability. The legal nature of the named liability is analyzed, the basic categories and concepts of the given subinstitute are defined and systematized. The importance of contractual material liability of employees under the conditions of market economy formation is investigated. On the basis of the analysis of the scientific literature, legal acts, the supreme judicial bodies of the state's decisions and practice of conclusion of contracts about a full material liability and labour contracts, researching problems of the theme are outlined and conclusions and offers concerning improvement of the Ukrainian labour legislation are formed. In particular it is offered to change some articles of the Code of laws about work of Ukraine's editions. Also the drafts of some legislative acts are applied to the dissertation.
