Purej N. The right for labour under the conditions of market economy in Ukraine.

The dissertation is dedicated to complex analysis of the right for labour. In this work the development of the right for labour as the main social-economic human right is researched beginning from the idea till real entailment in law and order in domestic legislation, in the legisla-tion of the leading states with the market economy, international law; the position comparatively understanding of the right for labour is mo-tivated as the element of general legal capacity; the content of the right for labour is opened through the positions of art. 43 of Constitutions of Ukraine; the main form of realization of the right for labour is analysed - a labor contract, the place of legal actual composition in mechanism of the realization of the right for labour is defined; some questions of the right for labour in the labor legal relations protection are consid-ered. As a result of studies the theoretical findings and motivated con-crete offers for improvements legislation in the sphere of the realiza-tion andprotection of the right for labour are made.
