Essay

It was shown the positive influence of constant darkness on the antioxidant and immune systems of mice with the inoculated mammary adenocarcinoma Ca 755. Application of melatonin or the administration of chemotherapy at evening period improve the efficiency and reduce the toxicity of neoadjuvant chemotherapy by CMF scheme in patients with locally spread breast cancer, with the promotion of indexes of 1-year survival.
