3.The thesis is devoted to the problems of enhancement of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of gastroduodenal zone destructive diseases at children. 120 patients with erosive gastroduodenitis and peptic ulcer were checked up complexly. Fiberesogastroduodenoscopy with biopsy of a body, antral section of a stomach and duodenum bulbus were conducted for verification of the diagnosis. A morpho-functional condition of stomach and duodenum mucosa was evaluated by means of a ШИК-reaction. Violations of hemodynamics, acidoproduction and acidneutralization of a stomach at different aspects of destruction were compared. The analysis of clinical-anamnestic data testifies to similarity of clinical manifestation of erosive and ulcerative diseases that can be explained by community of pathogeny and mechanisms of gastroduodenal destructions forming. The most acute morphological changes are detected in antral section of a stomach. The comparison of morphological and histochemical changes has revealed considerable decrease of protective mucous barrier resistance - inferiority of mucous production and lowering of secretory activity. The reliable changes in basic indexes of hemodynamics, prolonged aggressive effect of a gastric juice at sub- and acidoneutralization decompensation serves as risk factors in development of destructive process. Inclusion of Smecta cytoprotective medication in combine therapy promotes to epithelisation of destruction and remission elongation.
