Process of becoming and development of system of Ukrainian - Slovak interstate cooperation in 1990 year is investigated. On the basis of introduction to a scientific turnaround of new materials from the central state and departmental archives of Ukraine and SR problems of a transition period of cooperation of the beginning of 1990th years and formation of contract -legal base of interstate relations of two independent countries after 1993, becoming of system of interaction between the basis official bodies of Ukraine and SR - parlaments and the goverments, heads of the states and the goverments, the ministries and departaments.
