Krasuk І. International Activities of Bank Institutes in Transforming Economy

This thesis is devoted to theoretical aspects of bank activities globalization, integration of national commercial banks to the world market and practical bases of defining the ways of growing movement provision of commodity, credit and investment resources by Ukrainian bank institutes. The objective conditions of realizing the international activities and mechanism's structural-functional parts of national commercial banks cooperation with credit and financial institutions of other countries are determined. Organizing and legal, institutional maintenance of export-import transactions in conditions of financial globalization is researched. The opportunities of strengthening the influence of international bank activities on processes of market transformation and economic growth are analyzed. The prospects of international bank crediting and inclusions of Ukrainian bank system in the world capitals market are considered.
