Object: the process of adaptation and professional becoming of graduates of technical training colleges on manufacture. Purpose: to reveal and prove organizational - pedagogical conditions of adaptation and professional growth of graduates of technical training colleges on manufacture and to define factors of influence on the specified processes. Methods: theoretical, empirical, statistics. Results: the system of estimation of labour potential of young workers by means of the analysis of traditional parameters of a skill level, an expert estimation and a self-estimation of a degree of conformity of vocational potential to carried out work is developed for the first time; for the first time organizational - pedagogical conditions of adaptation and professional growth of graduates of technical training colleges on manufacture are revealed and proved; the technique of definition of a level of professional adaptation of graduates of technical training colleges is offered.
