166 patients with peptic ulcer, cardiovascular pathology and their combination have been examined. Endothelial dysfunction formation in patients with peptic ulcer infected by Helicobacter pylori revealed by the significant elevation of von Willebrand factor activity in a peripheric blood is shown. It fixed, that Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with peptic ulcer is accompanied by the elevation of the antibodies to heat shock proteins level, and the major factors, influencing the degree of this elevation, are patients age, and at presence of accompanying essential hypertension and/or ischemic heart disease -the level of the general cholesterol and systolic blood pressure also. At the same time, the level of antibodies to heat shock proteins in itself was one of the major factors of endothelial dysfunction formation, alongside with the level of antibodies to H. pylori in patients with peptic ulcer and the level of antibodies to H. pylori together with the level of the general cho-lesterol in patients with a combination of peptic ulcer and essential hypertension and/or ischemic heart disease. It is shown, that eradication therapy in patients with peptic ulcer infected by Helicobacter pylori promotes not only the significant decrease of the level of antibodies to heat shock proteins, but also an involution of endothelial dysfunction. The field of application is therapy. The results of the study have been implemented into practical work of the clinical.
