Essay

The thesis investigates the concert cimbalom of the Schunda system from the point of view of its history, theory, usage, making and performing. The most progressive methods of classification and systematizing in modern organology are applied to touroughly consider the problems of the cimbalom making. It was created new system of signs for cimbalom which was used for the first time in the Ukrainian Music Studies.
