Netudyhata S. Antidumping adjustment in system of external economic relations of Ukraine

In dissertation are explored basic conceptual approaches to the determination of dumping in system of international economic relations, antidumping regulation in GATT/WTO, economic consequences of antidumping tariffs. There are definitions of the dumping notions and dumping tunes. There is a description on the behaviour of separate firm which attempts to be accorded advantage on market of other country by discriminatory price making, which based only on own financial means. The distinctions between dumping from price discrimination, which is based on subsidies is being made. The calculation methods of effective rate of protective tariffs on the base of value added in average sale price in export commodity and calculation of effective tariffs based on value added in average sale price in import commodity are offered. The factors and specific conditions of dumping in transitional economy countries, formation of mechanism of antidumping adjustment in Ukraine, national institutional system of antidumpingprocedures are analyzed in the work. The normal price definition in antidumping procedures is offered. The author systematized dumping cases in Ukraine. The preconditions and character of antidumping procedures against Ukrainian firms abroad and the forms of defence of Ukrainian commodities on external markets are analyzed.
