Essay

The object is duodenal ulcer disease patients (DUD); the aim is rise of efficiency of antihelicobacter therapy of du-odenal ulcer; the methods are clinical and laboratory research, morphological research, fast urease test, bacteriological me-thod, methods of variational statistic. The new approach - the author has proved, that in Lviv region most all prevalent resis-tance to Metronidazole - 66,2%, the least prevalent is detec-ted of the strains, refractory to Clarithromycin - 9,1% and Amoxicillin - 7,6 %.The principle of the individual approach to choice of antihelicobacter components is effective for the patients, which remain infected after the previous courses of treatment of an infection Helicobacter pylori. Alternate mode of antihelicobacter therapy with a combination of Ome-prazole, colloidal Bismuth and Ursodesoxychole acid with high eradication rate - 92,9%. all this thesis has been intro-duced in training and medical practice; the field is medicine.
