The object is 138 patients on the duodenal ulcer; the aim is to improve the efficiency the treatment of patients with duodenal ulcer of the basis of correction of the cytokine state, pro- and antioxidant links of pathogenesis, the syndrome of endogenous intoxication and microbiocenosis of the large intestine by means of including biosporin and singlet-oxigen therapy in its complex treatment; the methods are clinical, instrumental, biochemical, immunofermental, bacteriological; the new approach is the fact thet it is for the first time when the alteration of proinflammatori link of blood cytokine type have been studied in correlation with the intensity of lipoperoxidation processes and antioxidant protection, as well as the expediency of using biosporine and singlet-oxygen therapy combination for the treatment of duodenal ulcer has been substantiated; the results are the new scheme of treatment with using biosporine and singlet-oxygen therapy has been elaborated that makes it possible to secure stable remission of the disease find to prevent its chronic course and development of complications such as intestinal dysbacteriosis; all this thesis have been introducing into training process and practical medicine; the field of medicine.
