Object - 96 patients with stable angina pectoris, 25 practically healthy patients; aim - to increase the therapy efficiency; methods - clinical, biochemical, instrumental; novelty - the mechanisms of progressing ischemic heart disease are futher studied, reliability of using complex therapy of enalapril and trimetazidin is substantiated, the additional role of the extravascular laser therapy was approved; results - the approach to the treatment by the differential using of the above - mentioned methods is improved; it being introduced in the educational process and practical medicine; branch - medicine.
