The object are 120 patients with rheumatic fever; the aim is development of criteria of forecasting of development both course of rheumatic disease and more effective methods of treatment of disease; methods - clinical, instrumental, genetical, cytological, laboratory tests; the new approach is that firstly the worth is argued expediency of application pentoxifylline in complex treatment of the patients with rheumatic fever; the results - it was found, that the genetical predisposition not only determines development, but also determines course disease; all this thesis has been developed by training and medicine practice; the field is medicine.
