The object - 90 patients with chronic pyelonephritis and 20 healthy persons; the aim is to increase the efficiency of treatment of patients with chronic pyelonephritis (CPn) with the help of the correction of the immune disturbances and eradication of the chlamidia stimulus with the help of the new antibacterial method flureniside with the immunomodulating and antichlamidia abilities; methods - clinical, instrumental, experimental, mathematical; novelty - the influence of the chlamidia infection on the immune homeostasis and degree of endotoxaemia in patients with CPn is revealed for the first time; its immunomodulating and antichlamidia abilities the decrease of display of endotoxaemia in patients with the CPn are determined during the flureniside therapy; the results - it is determined that the presence of the chlamidia infection in the patients with the CPn leads to the greater degree of the violation of immune homeostasis and expressiveness of the endotoxaemia; the inclusion into the complex therapy in patients with the CPn of the antichlamidia method flureniside promotes faster and more positive clinical dynamics of desease, the resumption of the immune resistance and decrease of the degree of that raisis the recovery and shortens the terms of the treatment of such patients; it is applied in the educational process and medical practice.
