Zhanna A. Logical and Methodological Aspects of Knowledge Engineering in Science of Law.

The thesis has revealed specific features of knowledge engineering in the science of law in view of logical and methodological aspect. The features are considered with the aid of all-round interdisciplinary research of the science of law phenomenon aimed at possibility of its usage as a technological resource. The knowledge engineering in the science of law is a specific kind of activities in which non-technological features prevail. It is noted, that the problem of presenting legal knowledge in expert sys-tems has put forward a new the questions of the legal knowledge specif-ics, facilities and techniques of adequate computer-based objectification, correlation between evident and implicit knowledge, the knowledge specific features of the inter-relation of their basic levels which have transferred them into sphere of current practical problem. Definition of technological approach to the science of law is given. Expert personal knowledge in the sphere of the science of law is renovated. Historical analysis of the knowledge engineering development is presented. Analy-sis of contribution of practicing the technological approach into the sci-ence of law and mastering the knowledge as social and cultural phe-nomenon the technological approach into the science of law and mastering the knowledge as social and cultural phenomenon is carried out.
