The object is process vulcanization composition materials; the aim - to creation of new activators systems for sulfur vulcanization with use zinccontaining urea-formaldehyde oligomer and SAS: phosphoniumive salts, alkylsulfonats, ethoxylated alcohols; the methods are DTA, vulcametria, viscozimetria, physical-mechanical and electrical; the new approach lies in investigation of zinccontaining oligomer as activators of sulfur vulcanization and as vulcanization agent of vulcanization with metal oxide, his binary systems with SAS; the main include new activators systems; all this thesis has been approved on tires factory and factory of RTG; the fields is rubber industry
