3. Research object: reproduced properties, growth and development of young remount animals, fattening and meat qualities, biological characteristics of the animals of the Berislavets 4465 line under various selection methods. Research aim: to study productive properties, general and specific combinatory power of the Berislavets 4465 line, as well as utilization efficiency of this line as maternal and parental forms. Research methods: weighing, measuring, hematological, biological and statistical analyses. Theoretical and practical results: the efficiency of using the Berislavets 4465 line as a parental form in the combination with sows of the Zadorni line was theoretically grounded and put into practice. Sphere of use: the Berislavets 4465 line is used on the breeding farm "Slavutych" of the Berislav district, and in the joint-stock company "Volna" of the Genichesk district (Kherson oblast) both in autosexing and interline crossing.
