Shulga A. Fundamentals of technigue of assassination investigation

The work contains some theoretical and practical matters, linked with problems of legal and administrative regulation of fundamental of assassination investigating. The author has made the analysis of theoretical statements and practice of assassination investigating in Ukraine and abroad. The essence and legal nature of assassination have been defined here as well as the characteristics of this crime. The author has developed the basic directions of assassination at the initial phase. The practical recommendations towards the criminal registration's renewal have been proposed in the dissertation, the author has made some proposals for reorganizing the detectives' groups in investigating assassination. Some amendments to Criminal-Procedural Code norms have been made in the work. The assassination is treated by the author as the murder of hiring and the murder of commission. So a customer is dealt as the most dangerous one. The customer is classified as a customer-initiator, a customer-organizer anda customer-instigator. The security of eyewitnesses and victims is treated as the most important guarantee in assassination investigation, so the author has made some proposals to the ruling CPC towards the security of mentioned persons.
