Essay

It has been established, that TMV infection of pepper plants invoked destructive changes at a level of chloroplasts. It was shown the dependence of increasing stress enzyme activity to TMV infection. The reproduction of TMV in pepper plants led to destructive changes of chloroplast pigment-protein complexes. The light-harvesting complex of photosystem II has appeared by more sensing to operating a virus infection contamination. For the first time availability and localization virus RNA in a stroma of chloroplasts of pepper infected by TMV experimentally using PCR method is rotined that can testify to participation of chloroplasts during replication virus RNA and synthesis of protein.
