Kovalenko L. Administrative-legal measures in environmental protection.

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of environmental protection using administrative-legal measures. The author studies the questions connected with essence, peculiarities and types of administrative enforcement measures in the field of environmental protection, system and types of administrative duties, reasons and conditions of violations of environmental law. . On the basis of generalization of the literature sources, study and analysis of practical material, the systematic and comprehensive research of each environmental protection measure is done, which allowed to reveal their legal nature and form on this basis suggestions concerning additions and amendments to legislation in force and concerning inclusion of the suggested norms into statutes.
