Methods of research: theoretical generalization, the system analysis, synthesis, statistical and mathematical methods of the analysis and modeling of economic processes. Theoretical results: new approaches to formation of conceptual structural model of the external economic policy based on a method developing viable systems; development of algorithm of system of decision-making in the external economic policy is carried out; development of economic-mathematical model of a multifactorial estimation of economic benefit for regions from realization of investment projects at the industrial enterprises is carried out. Practical results.
