Object is the philosophical basis of Plato, Aristotle, T. Hobbes, J. Locke, I. Kant and G.W.F. Hegel political doctrines . The aim is to discover the legitimacies of philosophical comprehension of state's transformation from antique up to German classic philosophy. Methods - comparative, system - structural, analytical-genetical. In the dissertation the interpretation of state's transformation is given a wide historical-philosophical retrospective. The system of criteria characterized philosophical comprehension of state's transformation is worked out. Mechanism of state's transformation, its prioritical components, and also logic, direction, and interval of state's transformation are its compound part. Based on analysis of political studies of ancient philosophers (Plato, Aristotle), thinkers of New Age (T. Hobbes, J. Locke) and representatives of German classical philosophy (I. Kant, G.W.F. Hegel) the peculiarity of approaches to philosophical comprehension of state's transformation are determined.By means of system of criteria (mechanism of state's transformation, its prioritical components, and also logic, direction, and interval of state's transformation) the regularities of philosophical comprehension of state's transformation are revealed and described.
