Essay

The work is devoted to improvement of diagnostics and development of methods of correction of bones mineralisation disturbanses in children with diabetes mellitus type I. The different degrees of decreasing of bone mineral density, disturbanses of phosphoric-calcium metabolism and bone turnover were revealed. The offered scheme of treatment of a diabetic osteopathy, which included vitamin D and calcium glycerophosphate, at all treated patients promoted improvement of a mineralization of lumbar vertebras with normalization of а bone mineral density or decrease of a degree of gravity of an osteopathy in 68,8 % of cases
