The dissertation is focused on systematic analysis of Neothomistic human rights concepts, which are stated in the documents and other sources of Catholic social doctrine. The author examines the evolution of law understanding of Neothomism in XX-th century. Based on thorough studding of theory, methodology, anthropo-logical value studies, social and ethical grounds of Neothomistic human rights concepts the author reveals the possibilities of human dignity interpretation to evolve. The dissertation also comprises the general theoretical characteristics of human rights fenomenon in modern Neothomism. The author reveals the contri-bution of Catholic natural law doctrine into the global civilization process of comprehension of anthropological basis for human rights. The author observes the impact of international law ideology on human rights and social doctrine of Catholicism.
