Essay

The dissertation deals with the research of the essence, tasks, features and varieties of a social state. The correlation of the characteristics of a legal state and a social state is analysed in the work; the comparative research of the main models of a social state is carried out. The characteristics of the subject, the method of regulation and the systematic and structural status of social law as an independent branch of law are given. Considerable attention is paid to the modern tendencies of the development and the activity of a social state.
