The thesis is devoted to the problem of adaptation and health state of newborns and first life year children, by mothers which have been treated with lymphocyte therapy (LT) during pregnancy, on the base of deep study of features of clinical -immunological indexes. It has been established that the main place, among factors which encourage the development of disadaptation of newborns, takes the pathology of pregnancy . Immune status of children depends on their mothers' treatment during pregnancy. In children whose mothers have been treated with LT during pregnancy, increase of mature T lymphocytes content, quantity of Ig G, IgM level, level of NTC test , have been registered. The direct interconnection between level of interleukin and 1-b indexes of vegetative homeostasis is revealed. The second subgroup of children, whose mothers have not been treated with LT, considerably often suffers from ARVI (acute respiratory viruses infection), bronchial -lung system diseases , higher frequency of anemia, rickets and allergic diseases. The LT application by pregnant women allows to decrease general illnesses, physical and nervous- mental ability of children during first year of their life.
