Dissertation is devoted to the study of the influences of genetic peculiarities followed by the presence of epileptic predisposition on clinical features of schizophrenia, rate and type of dangerous actions in these patients who committed or no committed dangerous actions. It is demonstrated that epileptic predisposition in schizophrenic patients leads to increased rate of hereditary aggravation by epilepsy and epileptoid symptoms in premorbide, unfavorable course of psychosis and also increasing rate of criminal actions and suicide attempts. The noted characteristics were found more often in schizophrenic patients with epileptic predisposition who committed dangerous actions comparatively to those who not. Patient with schizophrenia complicated by epileptic predisposition who acted antysocially had in premorbide schizoepileptoid and epileptoid types of accentuation of personality. Their disease began in earlier age, there was incontinued course of the disease and low educational and family status indexes.
