Essay

In a basis of work the results of researches 167 patients with solitary and multiple focal lesions of the lungs. The techniques of realization of transthoracic needle biopsy with X-ray computed tomography guidance (CT-TNB) are described. The ways and approaches to realization CT-TNB (slanting access, inclination gentry, creation of the saline buffer, access through pleural effusion) directed on prophylaxis of probable complications (pheumothorax, bleeding) and their efficiency is appreciated.
