Klots E. Synthesis and Propertiers N-Asyloxy-N-alkoxygeminal Systems

Investigation objects: N-acyloxy-N-alkoxygeminal systems. Purpose: synthesis and propertiers N-acyloxy-N-alkoxygeminal systems. General method of the synthesis of N-acyloxy-N-alkoxycompounds are worked out. The anionic mobility of acyloxy groups in these compounds was studied at alkoholysis reaction. A possibility of nucleophilic substitution of atom chlorine by acyloxy groups for different type N-chloro-N-alkoxycompounds has been studied. Methods: 1H NMR- and IR-spectroscopy, mass-spectrometry and gas-liquid chromatography. Overall method of the N-acyloxy-N-alkoxycompounds synthesis have been created. The anionic movity of acyloxy groups in these compounds was studied at alkoholysis reaction. N-Chloro-N-alkoxycarbamates reactiones with some kinds of nucleophiles have been studied at the protonic and aprotonic solvents. Degree of application: synthesis N-acyloxy-N-alkoxygeminal systems can be use agriculture as chemical mutagenic.
