Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of studying skin microbiocenosis structure in patients with diabetic foot, working out methods of improvement of treatment the patient with purulent - necrotic complications under the influence of probiotic A-bacterinum. There have been described that patients' skin of the sole, back of the foot and IV interdigital space is intensively colonized with different aerobic bacteria. The most effective preparations according the majority of bacterial populations are Cefalexin, Gentamicin, Tetracyclin, and according Enterobacteriaceae - Carbenicillin. The less effective antibiotics are Lincomycin and Penicillin. Under the influence of A-bacterinum local applications reorganization of skin and ulcer microbiocenosis is occurred. The significant decrease of bacterial colonization density has been observed especially among Enterobacteriaceae, Pseudomonas, Streptococci and S. aureus. This process was most expressed in the ulcer discharge (accordingly before treatment 4,89 lg CFU/g and 4,41 lg CFU/g after A-bacterinum application). Colonization density of staphylococci is reduced with 5,33 up to 4,60 lg CFU/g. The amount of S. aureus decreases in 7,0 times while S. epidermidis grows in 1,9, and S. saprophyticus - in 6,5 times.
