Essay

Object of research: processes of interaction of the end user and the computerized control system. The purpose of research: completion of the applied theory and the problem-oriented toolkit of formalization and modelling of processes of interaction of the user and the computerized system. Methods of probability theory, mass service, the theory of sets, engineering psychology, the theory of graphs, comparative identification, computer IBM were used. The executed theoretical researches have formed a basis for development of adaptive interfaces for information systems of a various class, scientific recommendations. The developed methods, mathematical models, algorithms allow to solve the broad audience of tasks of interaction of the person and the computer, to create adaptive interfaces, adaptive systems.
