Binary static signature. Binary static signature. Extract of informative of the space of Radon's transformation features for the automized identification of a signature as binary image and finding of a new parametric vector which is translation, scale and rotation invariant. Meth-odic and algorithmic bases are developed for the automized identification of signatures on the base of neu-ral networks. Implantations: the automized identification of signatures (true or fake) as binary map in the space of Radon's transformation features . An orb of usage: processing and analyzing of the video information and technical diagnostics.
