Essay

Passivation of lithium electrode in non-aqueous electrolytes. To determine the influence of electrоlyte composition, condition of cathode deposition and anode dissolution, prehistory and modification method of Li electrode surface on its electrochemical behavior for the optimization of operation parameters of primary and secondary power sources. Galvanostatic and galvanodynamic polarization, galvanostatic impulse, galvanostatic cycling, impedance spectroscopy. Interaction between the properties of passivating film on the surface of Li electrode and liquid phase composition has been discovered. Rаcional introduction of high-donor (DMF, DMSO), high-polar(AN) solvents into electrolyte composition and changing the nature of lithium salt enable formation of the film with a low resistance that increases specific characteristics of lithium power sources. It has been established that in a series: Li, binary Li-Al alloys, ternary Li-Al-Si (Cd,Bi) alloys utilization factor of Li increases at cycling. The developed models of lithium power sources have been tested at SDOU and the limited corporation "Special Protecting Sys-tems". For industry of lithium power sources
