Moorza V. Office of Public Prosecutor in the state mechanism of USSR (Ukrainian Socialist Soviet Republic) (1922-1933)

In the research complex analysis of legal status, place and rile of Office of Public Prosecutor in the state mechanism of USSR is made. With this purpose the main parameters of evolution of the state mechanism of USSR in the investigated period and influence of these changes on legal status of Offices of Public Prosecutor is defined. Characteristics of Office of Public Prosecutor as a subsystem of state mechanism of USSR are analyzed. Its competence, structure and organization of work are explored. Effectiveness of building of bodies of Office of Public Prosecutor as in the centre so on the local basis according to functional principle is shown. Essence of personnel policy of Office of Public Prosecutor, principles of selection, allocation and training of personnel is revealed. With the purpose of defining of a place and role of Office of Public Prosecutor in the state mechanism legal basis of its relationship with central and local bodies of state power and management, judicial and law-enforcement bodies and state enterprises, institutions and organizations.
