Essay

The dissertation deals with the investigation of the problems on small oscillations of an ideal fluid in а basin, partially covered by elastic and crumb ice. By using functional analysis methods theorems on strong solvability of corresponding initial boundary value problems are proved. The corresponding spectral problems are studied. Basis property of eigen- functions system is proved. Asymptotic formulas are also investigated.
